 Miss Jodine holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and has over 30 years of experience. Her background includes roles as a lecturer in Early Childhood Studies and work in Child Protection, giving her a broad understanding of child development. She is committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where each child feels valued and supported. Inspired by her own daughter, she is passionate about helping children grow into confident, engaged learners through strong, respectful partnerships with families. 

Miss Larn, Assistant Director and Lead Educator at A Brighter Beginning ELC, has over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, she values the opportunity to provide individualized attention in a smaller setting. A proud mother of three, Miss Larn believes in empowering children to make choices within a supportive environment, fostering confidence, curiosity, and active learning.

Miss Debbie, a proud mother of three boys, holds an Advanced Diploma in Childcare and is passionate about creating hands-on learning experiences. She values outdoor play and integrates nature into her teaching. Outside of work, she enjoys family time at the beach and embraces outdoor activities. Her caring nature and dedication to nurturing children's growth make her a positive influence. 

 Miss Claire has over 15 years of experience and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Originally from the UK, she is passionate about nurturing curiosity and a love for learning. A mother and animal lover, she integrates nature into her teaching and builds strong, positive relationships to create an inclusive, supportive environment where every child is valued. 

Miss Tia, with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and 5 years of experience, is a passionate educator who uses arts and crafts to inspire creativity in children. She believes art helps children explore emotions, improve problem-solving, and unlock their potential. Miss Tia encourages free expression and experimentation, always creating exciting projects that turn every art session into a fun, vibrant adventure.
